The WCBA was created by business owners, after living through the COVID-19 Pandemic and experiencing first hand how all of our businesses were affected, and how many small businesses due to the lack of information on how to obtain government funds and exposure to stay afloat they had no choice but to to close down permanently. We decided to organize the West Covina Business Association to help, inform, be a hub to distribute vital information to all of the businesses, to help them discover all of the resources available to them, also to help with exposure in social media.
